  • AST 3P

    AST 3P transmitter is a DIN rail mounted, high performance transmitter designed for applications with strain gauge load cells. It converts the output from connected load cells into a very stable signal suitable for PC or PLC based control systems. AST 3P is typically used where a local display is essential either for displaying data or for front panel set-up. The set-up and calibration procedure are easily performed either from the front panel or by using the deltaCOM program via a standard PC. The transmitter is fitted with two relay outputs having a response time of less than 20 msec. for use in high precision level control applications. The transmitter is well suited for process weighing and batching applications.

  • WT 1

    VPG Transducers WT1 weight indicator for DIN rail mounting provides accurate readings. When connected to a system of 1–4 load cells, the WT1 will convert output signals into stable, accurate weight values. The indicator comes with two logic outputs and two logic inputs as standard. The WT1 can be fitted with either an RS232C half-duplex or RS485 full duplex serial door; both serial doors can be loaded with ASCII or Modbus RTU protocols to enable communication with a PC or PLC. The WT1 indicator has a 5-digit, 7 segment LED display has a resolution of 16,000 counts, with a three- key mechanical keyboard providing easy access for pre-programmed functions.

  • WT 2

    VPG Transducers WT2 indicator’s strength is in its connectivity. It uses Profibus as its default protocol, which is faster than the Modbus protocol and able to control more complex systems. The WT2 builds upon the WT1 with improved interfacing abilities. It uses the same 24-bit D/A converter and, when connected to a system of up to 4 load cells, the WT2 converts output signals in the same manner as the WT1. It also features an optional Ethernet connection, which comes with a 128-byte in/out buffer for high-speed PC connections. The Ethernet cable can be augmented with the Profinet protocol, which enables full integration into systems with that protocol.

  • VTRD 10

    Revere model VT RD10 is a compact, digit-for-digit, high visibility remote display. The large LED display and wide viewing angle contribute to ease of reading at long distances. The display is environmentally protected to IP65 and is suitable for outdoors use. A standard serial interface (RS-232, RS-485 or 20mA current loop) allows easy connection between the local indicator and the VTRD10 at distances up to 600 meters (RS-485). The VTRD10 is fully compatible with the weight indicators models 200, 220, 300 and 400.
